Oftentimes, the most difficult aspect in developing a custom program application is in truly understanding the process need and the design architecture required to meet that need. Because of our year’s of on-hands business management experience, we intuitively understand most business processes and can therefore anticipate program design architecture to enhance those processes.
For Example:
One of our clients was struggling keeping up with their purchase order process. They needed to know instantly exactly what state a purchase was in, whether quoted, ordered, shipped, received or delivered, and they were trying to coordinate the shuffling of paper to give them that review. Instead of helping them stack papers in a folder, we designed a simple electronic form to attach to their Purchase Order Screen, where they could fill out and instantly display each time a purchasing activity occurred, i.e. item quoted, item ordered, order acknowledged, order shipped, order received, order delivered – along with who processed each of these activities and when.
